St. Paul's, Harvard, IL had a fire in April of 2010 and part of the renewal project was a new organ. Phoenix Organs and their representative, Paul Snyder, of Snyder Organ Service, are pleased that St. Paul's chose a 2 manual 43 stop Phoenix as part of the renewal project.
The organ featured an Antiphonal and a Phoenix Phantom sequencer.
"We lost our old organ in a church fire and had to quickly replace it. Not being able to take the time to do the traditional organ search committee route, in large part we had to rely on the recommendations of people we trust. James Anderson at Phoenix was most helpful in getting us information when we had further questions. We decided on a Phoenix PT243. Although we were in a time crunch, Phoenix got the organ shipped and Paul Snyder got our organ installed in time for our rededication. My members absolutely love it! The wood is beautiful and the antiphonal speakers really help give it a full sound. We are really pleased."
