The Hare residence organ was custom in every respect. Not only were specification and Terraced console-style according to the specific tastes of Mr. Hare, but the bottom manual of this three manual organ is for coupling only.

It is a 42 stop instrument with 8 audio channels. Phoenix representative David Simmons, of DL Simmons Co., built a walnut speaker enclosure to blend with the console. The keyboards, manufactured by Ulrich Hermann Tastaturen (UHT), Germany, are in plum and ebony, and the Pau Ferro wood drawknobs and coupler tabs were by Harris Precision, of California. Other features include, lattice style walnut music desk and black Klann Organ Supply thumb pistons.
