Phoenix Organs is developing a new product line called Phoenix II. The PII instruments are church organ products and primarily for use with JOrgan and Hauptwerk. Phoenix Organs realizes there is great demand, especially for the organ hobbyist in his home, for the PC-based products. To that end, we have developed some quality products that will meet that need.
Phoenix Organs has always tried to build a reputation based on quality, and this will carry over to the PII products. MIDI Pedalboards will be manufactured here using Canadian hardwoods, hall effect sensor contact system and quality pipe organ pedal springs. Keyboards will be the best tracker touch models used in our standard Phoenix Organs. We can supply all of your virtual organ needs.
The PMK 61 MIDI Keyboard is just one of the PII products that will be of interest to enthusiasts of JOrgan or Hauptwerk. There will be more to come.
For the purposes of this You Tube video we have used our new TS-188 for the sound source. TS-188 is an 88-note church organ keyboard like no other. It operates using Linux, a solid state drive, with Phoenix pipe samples, high resolution orchestral sounds and grand pianos and is controlled by a 10" touch screen. It's abilities are incredible and all powered by a simple PC, not an expensive Mac system.
Also coming soon, is the PII church organ...you can see the prototype knock-down desk-style console under Installations --Keith Stam residence organ.
Now, we hope you enjoy this simple video of the PMK 61 MIDI Keyboard with Phoenix Tonal Director, Donald Anderson.
