The Highet residence organ features a 2.1 audio system with active subwoofer and two tower satellites. The 4 specifications, consisting of 37 stops each, were designed by Donald Anderson and Mr. Highet. Each specification has a different reverberation setting, temperament and 16 different combination memories for each spec.

Lantzville is located on Vancouver Island, on the west coast of Canada.
